盖尔·波伊尔海斯

Gail Boyer Hayes是一名退休的律师，一生都是作家和编辑。在环境法律研究所担任高级助理时，她撰写了《太阳能获取法:保护太阳能系统获得阳光》(Solar Access Law: protect Access to Sunlight for Solar Energy Systems)，这本开创性的书帮助开创了一个新的法律领域。1983年，由于患上了严重的特发性肺动脉高压，她不得不停止从事法律工作。她现在是这种通常致命疾病中存活时间最长的患者之一，并曾在肺动脉高压协会(PHA)的董事会任职。

The current English edition is available from PHA. For two decades Gail reviewed books for the St. Louis Post Dispatch; she has also written many magazine and newspaper articles, short stories, and speeches. She is an inactive member of the District of Columbia, Colorado, and California state bars and now resides in Seattle, Washington, with her husband Denis Hayes.
