Mathsy’s career in the space of climate change solutions spans several roles including UN certified Technical Reviewer for climate change projects, and now a strategist & implementation lead in Infosys’ carbon neutral program. She helped craft the Infosys climate change strategy focusing on larger social and environmental impacts beyond organizational boundaries. Today, beyond energy efficiency measures and a focus on renewable energy, Infosys’ climate change program includes a unique carbon offset program that continues to benefit 102,000+ families and creating over 2400 jobs. Mathsy recognizes the role of Infosys’ employees worldwide as ambassadors of change in their communities advocating low carbon solutions in everyday living and towards this she works with a cross-functional team to build responsible citizenship among employees.
