She directs a staff that designs quantitative and qualitative studies and oversees secondary analyses, digging deep to find the nuggets of information that pave the way for successful insights, strategies and creative. Lee Ann regularly presents research findings to clients and industry groups around the country.
Before joining Shelton Group in 2001, Lee Ann spent 11 years in the banking industry, beginning in customer analysis and segmentation and ending as senior vice president of marketing for a regional bank.
