艾米莉·赖克特

艾米莉·赖克特博士担任绿城实验室的首席执行官，在美国最大的清洁技术孵化器启动其位于美国马萨诸塞州萨默维尔。作为公司的第一位雇员，艾米丽已经率先绿城实验室的快速增长转化为清洁技术创新的全球中心，吸引了来自世界各地的游客和合作伙伴。在艾米莉的领导下，绿城实验室已经有大小年翻了一倍一年，最近扩大了其操作6万个平方英尺的设施萨默维尔。

艾米丽在理特开始了她的职业生涯，作为一个博士科学家进展到R＆d，业务发展及一般管理职务。此前绿城实验室，她是业务运营的华纳巴布科克研究所绿色化学的总监，她帮助成长的天使投资创业成一个可持续的合同R＆d企业的使命，以尽量减少化学品对环境的影响。

Emily has been appointed to leadership positions on innovation, economic development, entrepreneurship and clean technology commercialization at the city, state, and federal level including the City of Somerville’s Chamber of Commerce, the Massachusetts Governor’s Economic Development Planning Council and the U.S. Secretary of Commerce’s National Advisory Council on Innovation and Entrepreneurship. She holds a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and earned her MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.
